- South Leicestershire College (LE18 4PH)
- Menphys (LE18 4PA) Timber Street at the back of building
Car parks will be open by 10am and close 7.30pm
Please Dont Park On Side Streets Or Block Peoples Drive
Stall Holder Information
Check List For Saturday of event
- Please remember if your outside to bring weights for gazebo, tables & chairs
- Paperwork for public liabiilty insurance
- Paperwork for food hygeine
Check that all food your selling is labeled, or you have a record with all ingredients listed if required.
Set Up
All stall holders can arrive from 10.30am. You must enter via St Thomas Church end (LE18 4TA) of Blaby Road which has the BP garage on one corner & the church on other via Saffron Ln. You will notice the main road will be closed, but a marshal will be there to help, advise & let you through.
Please drive with hazards on, this is for yours & others safety and please keep to 5mp while driving along the closed road. All stalls need to be set up by mid-day.
Loading/Unloading
You are welcome to unload/load infront of your location, but must move your car to the closest carpark after this. Please do not block the main road for safety reasons.
Outside Stall Holders
We only supply the space for outside stalls, you need to supply your own table/chairs and gazebo etc, please make sure you have copies of your insurance and any other paperwork for your stall if selling food etc.
Please remember to bring weights rope for your gazebo, as can get windy on the road. Outside stall are located on road so no pegs can be used.
Rubbish must be placed by bins on pavements after event.
We Do Not Except Any Responsibilty For Any Damage While At The Event
Inside Stall Holders
On arrival you will find tables already set up, please do not change these. You will find your name on a table with 2 chair. We ask that you keep the area clear and safe at all times. Please place any rubbish in bins provided within venues or place in a black bag by the bins.
Any issues on the day, please contact volunteers in each venue who will have a list and contact details of first aiders, safe guarding officers & event contacts & security.
November Set Up Info
In November you will receive an emai with information about your location, time of set up and carparking as above. Most of this information can be found on this website if needed before, but if you require any further help please use the contact page.
Event Cancellation
In all the years we have not cancelled a event apart from Covid times. The only reason we would need to cancel the event would be on advice, the event may be scaled down, e.g fun fair due to high winds which they can not operate in for safety, or stalls outside moved inside where possiable if their is space.
Refunds
No refunds would be given if the event was to be canceled for any reason.
Responsibility
Its your responsibility to make sure your stall is safe including gazebos etc, the event organisers except no responsibility for any loss or damage during the event to you or public, so please make sure you have insurance.
The organisers have the right to remove any stands if not complying with rules above, & will be asked to be removed from event by event secuirty.
Road Closure
Once road is closed from early hours, with no transport movment apart from emergency vehicles after mid-day. While we have public walking around, NO CAR will be allowed back onto the road till people have left the area and the event team feel its safe to re- open. Please do not try to enter the closed road before this time s not safe, if you require to leave before road is open, please use the side street to reach you location to do so. Again once entering the road hazards will need to be used. The event is being covered by CCTV and recording 24hrs. Any one trying to enter closed road will be reported.,

We are after a good mixture of stalls, from gifts, homemade items, crafts, sweets, donuts, chariry and other different food etc
Limted food venders no Bars
We will be limiting one tombolla stall per venue & outside for 2026
Stall Prices
Indoors £17.00 per stall including table
Outside stall £22.00
Food vender £40.00
All booking forms need to be completed and posted back to the address given on booking form. Please complete this and post along with a copy of your public liability insurance, food hygiene certificate if need and any other paper work which you may think we may require.
Payment
Payment can be made by Bacs or Cheque. Cheques need to be made out to :
South Wigston Chambers.
